Fonterra suppliers are eligible for financial support to assist them with improving their Milk Quality. Suppliers that received Milk Quality downgrades in the current season can access these funds for professional advice from approved providers.

Trained service providers will come onto your farm and assist with finding areas that are potentially causing hygiene issues. They will methodically work through the plant and wash practices to find the key risk areas. They will also provide a summary of next steps to take on farm.
Farm Specific Milk Quality Training
This service is aimed at improving the on farm capability and understanding around milk quality and hygiene. Training is aimed at the wider farm team to improve capability and understanding around milk quality and hygiene. Trainers will work through your plant and wash programme to identify key areas to support you in supplying the highest quality milk possible.
