Farm Source ONE; One login to all Farm Source websites

We’re making things a little simpler for you. All current usernames and passwords for Farm Source Business, Farm Source Store & Rewards, Jobs and mobile apps (On-Farm, My Co-op, Monthly Plant Check), are being replaced by a single Farm Source ONE login. You can switch to Farm Source ONE here.

It'll only take a few minutes to set-up but the benefits are big, like improved security and better control over who has access to your accounts and information. It’ll also help keep you one step ahead - you'll be able to use your Farm Source ONE login for future Farm Source offerings as well.

What is Farm Source ONE?

  • Farm Source ONE is a single username and password that allows you to log in to all of the following: Farm Business, Farm Store, Farm Rewards and the Farm Source Jobs site, plus On Farm, My Co-op, and Monthly Plant Check apps.

Why are we making this change?

  • It’s simpler for you once you’ve signed up; one username and password will get you access to all Farm Source online applications.
  • It’s safer; offers improved security as each user should have their own Farm Source ONE login with their unique access privileges.
  • You will still use your current Farm Source Broker login username and password as per usual as this is a banking application.

When is this happening?

  • You can now switch to Farm Source ONE. However, it may not be necessary to change over to Farm Source ONE right away, depending on whether you use ‘remember me’ on the login page or not.
  • If you use ‘remember me’ you can stay logged in to your existing Farm Source session until such time that you are logged out. Once logged out, you will be required to switch to a Farm Source ONE login in order to use the website.
  • If you do not use ‘remember me’ and you enter your login details each time you visit the site, you will be prompted to sign up for your new Farm Source ONE login at your next visit once.
  • At any time, you can also go to the email link you received from us and switch to your Farm Source ONE login from there.
  • You will also see prompts to make the switch to Farm Source ONE when you visit the Farm Source website. It’s easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes.

What do I need to do?

  • For farmers who use the tools on the Farm Source website – Farm Business, Farm Store, Farm Rewards and the Farm Source Jobs site – you will need to set up your Farm Source ONE login on the Farm Source website.
  • All farm staff and nominated third parties should have their own Farm Source ONE login username and password.
  • If you have been using someone else’s login e.g. the farm owners, you will need to register as a New User.
  • If you already have a Farm Source user account, you can get your new Farm Source ONE login by clicking the ‘Get Your Farm Source ONE’ button on the login page. To get a Farm Source ONE login username you will need a current email address so please update your email address under Settings or call the Service Centre team on 0800 65 65 68.
  • Once you have a valid email address, click the ‘Get Your Farm Source ONE login’ button on the Farm Source homepage. You will automatically be sent an email as a security measure. Click on the secure link in the email and you will be taken through to finalise your new Farm Source ONE username and password.
  • Once complete, you will need to log in with your new Farm Source ONE login username and password across all of your electronic devices (desktop/laptop/tablet or iPad/phone and across all platforms e.g. online and phone apps).
  • Alternatively, look out for the Farm Source ONE email in your email account and follow the instructions to complete setup of your new Farm Source ONE login username and password. Once you have done this, the Farm Source ONE login and password will replace all of your previous usernames and passwords as these will no longer work. The only exception is for the Farm Source Jobs site where you will still be able to use your current log in to access your jobs’ history. You will need to go to the Jobs site specifically in order to use your current login details i.e. not through Farm Source ONE. However, all new job postings should be created under your new Farm Source ONE login from that point on.

What does this mean for me?

  • Your new Farm Source ONE login username will provide you with convenient access to your entire Farm Source account; Farm Business, Farm Store, Farm Rewards and Farm Source Jobs, and Farm Source apps using one username and password.
  • From a security perspective, it is not recommended to share your Farm Source login username and password with anyone else.
  • All Fonterra farm owners, staff and their nominated third parties, Farm Source Store account holders and online customers, should create their own Farm Source ONE login and password. This is a security measure for your business and allows you to protect your sensitive information.
  • Note: if you share your Farm Source ONE login with anyone they will also be able to access your entire Farm Source account, not just your farm data but any Store and Rewards account transaction functionality that you may have too.

How does somebody new register for their own Farm Source ONE login?

  • If you’ve never had a Farm Source login before, please click on the New User link available on the Farm Source ONE login page to register.
  • If you have been using someone else’s login details to access Farm Source online, you will need to create your own login username by clicking the New User link on the Farm Source ONE login page once Farm Source ONE goes live.
  • Once you have created your personal Farm Source ONE login username, the farm owner can simply request that you are given third party access to certain farm information online, or by calling the Service Centre on 0800 65 65 68, .
  • If you require access to a Farm Source Store account, you can request third party access to the Store account online (If you are not currently named as a contact on the account, the owner of the account will be contacted for authorisation), or alternatively, the owner of the account can ring the Customer Service Team on 0800 73 12 66 to provide you with third party access to the account.

Will those with third party access to my account currently now be able to see all of my details and information?

  • Nothing changes, they will still only be able to view the data you have given them access to view.
  • Remember, if you share your login details, they’ll have the same access as you.

Will my old login still work?

  • If you normally have 'remember me’ selected, you will maintain your current access to your Farm Source account until the standard saved session expires. Then you will need to create a Farm Source ONE login.
  • After you next log out, you will need to create a Farm Source ONE login when you log in again.
  • Once you have set up your new Farm Source ONE login, you need to use the new Farm Source ONE login across every device you use (e.g. computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets with mobile applications such as On Farm, My Co-op, Monthly Plant Check).
  • You will only need to change your username and password across all devices ONCE unless you wish to change it for security reasons.

If I only use My Co-op or On Farm Apps, does it impact me?

  • Yes, the next time you log in you will need to create a Farm Source ONE login.
  • Your current login will work until the standard saved session times out, then you’ll need to create a Farm Source ONE login.

Do I need an email address?

  • Yes, to use Farm Source websites and apps, you will need a current email address. This is required for security purposes and for identification.
  • You also need to have a registered email address in the event you require a reset password link for Farm Source ONE in the future.

I do have a current Farm Source login but I've forgotten my username

  • Go to the Farm Source website and click ‘forgot username’ and this will start the Farm Source ONE login process.

Can I change my user name when I sign up for a Farm Source ONE login?

  • Yes, you can change your username when signing up for Farm Source ONE or you can choose to retain your current one.
  • It is also fine to use an old password or the same password as before but if you have previously shared your password details with somebody else, then you should choose a new password to restrict others from accessing your entire Farm Source account, not just your farm data but any Store and Rewards account transaction functionality that you may have too.

Will my information still be private?

  • Yes, your data security and privacy will still be protected.
  • However, if you share your Farm Source ONE login with others they will be able to access your entire Farm Source account, not just your farm data but any Store and Rewards account transaction functionality that you may have too.
  • It is strongly recommended that you not share your Farm Source user account details with anyone. Everyone should have their own individual Farm Source ONE login.

Is Farm Source Broker included in this?

  • No, you will still use your current Farm Source Broker login username and password as per usual as this is a banking application.

Does this change apply to the Jobs site?

  • Once you have created a Farm Source ONE login, you will be automatically logged in to Jobs with your new username.
  • If you have jobs advertised under your old login details, you can still login with that username and password in order to access your jobs history but this username and password will only work if you are logging in to the Jobs website specifically (and not from the Farm Source login page).
  • All new job listings should be created under your Farm Source ONE login in the future.

Can I sort this out at a Farm Source Store?

  • No, Farm Source ONE needs to be done online via the Farm Source website or by calling the Service Centre on 0800 65 65 68 or the Farm Source Store Customer service Team on 0800 73 12 66.

Where can I find my Farm Source Store statements and other account related information previously in Your Account?

  • You can now find these details under the Store Settings on the top right of the website header. You'll need to log in first.
