Have a look around and tell us what you think – we're keen to hear as much feedback as possible while we continue refining the app. Starting now also gives you plenty of time to get familiar with the new app before the existing app is switched off in January 2027.

With Dairy Diary, and based on farmer feedback, our goal was to create a smarter, faster, easier-to-use app that makes it easier to stay on track, capture information on the go, and keep everyone on farm up to date with what’s happening.
No – but the tools are available now, so you can explore the updated experience, get comfortable with the changes at your own pace, and share any feedback.
The new workspace will replace the existing logged-in website in November.
If you’re a Dairy Diary user, you can continue using the existing app while you try the new version. Your data will sync between both, so you don’t need to record activity in two places. We'll let you know well in advance before the current Dairy Diary app is switched off in January 2027.

If you use any of the Farm Source apps, a fast way to download and log into the Dairy Diary App without having to remember your username and password is to access it via ☰.
- Tap on ☰
- Look for Dairy Diary App NEW under Resources and select it – you will be taken to the App Store or Play Store to download it.
- Select Download.
- Once downloaded, instead of opening it from the Store, go back to the same location as Step 2 and tap on Dairy Diary App NEW again.
Your login to the Farm Source app you are currently using will automatically log you into the new Dairy Diary App.
