Barenbrug and Aimer Subscription Spring Promotion for South Island Customers – Terms and Conditions Spring 2026
1. Promoter
This promotion is promoted by Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited, trading as Farm Source (“Farm Source”), in conjunction with Barenbrug New Zealand (“Barenbrug”) and Aimer Farming (“Aimer”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to Farm Source account holders located in the South Island of New Zealand.
2.2 Participants must hold a current and active Farm Source account at the time of purchase and prize draw.
2.3 Farm Source employees, associated agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion commences 1 September [2026] and closes 30 November [2026] (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
4. Qualifying Purchases and Entry
4.1 Customers who spend $1,000 or more on eligible Barenbrug products during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The $1,000 qualifying spend threshold (including GST) and the list of eligible qualifying products/SKUs are below.
4.2 Customers who meet the qualifying spend requirement will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. Limited to one (1) entry per customer. For the avoidance of doubt, spending more than one multiple of $1,000 will not entitle customers to additional entries.
4.3 Farm Source reserves the right to verify all purchases and eligibility criteria.
4.4 Entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
5. Prize Section
5.1 Each prize consists of one 12-month AIMER Essentials subscription. There are ten prizes available.
5.2 The subscription applies to the winner’s eligible farm business for the initial twelve-month subscription period only.
5.3 Winners must complete Aimer’s standard subscription onboarding process and maintain an active Farm Source account.
5.4 Winners will be contacted following the prize draw to arrange activation of their subscription. The prize covers twelve (12) months of subscription from the activation date.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 Following completion of the Aimer subscription onboarding process, Farm Source will provide the winner details to Aimer and Barenbrug, and the winner's initial twelve-month AIMER Essentials subscription will be funded by Barenbrug and activated by Aimer.
6.2 Winners agree to their contact details being shared with Aimer for the purpose of prize fulfilment and subscription activation.
6.3 Any renewal costs after the initial twelve-month subscription period are the responsibility of the winner.
6.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.5 If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Farm Source reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
6.6 The prize is valid for activation until June 20 2027.
7. Draw and Notification
7.1 The prize draw will take place following the end of the Promotion Period on a date determined by Farm Source. Winners will be notified in December 2026.
7.2 Winners will be notified using the contact details held on their Farm Source account.
7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Farm Source reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. General Conditions
8.1 By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Farm Source reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably required.
8.3 Farm Source’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.4 This promotion is funded by Barenbrug, with prize fulfilment provided by Aimer.
9. Promotional Activity
9. Winners agree to be part of any promotional activity linked to the promotion.
