Promotion Period: 1 June – 30 June 2026 (inclusive)

1. Promoter

1. This promotion is organised and administered by Gallagher Group Ltd (the “Promoter”). By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. This promotion is open exclusively to current Farm Source account holders (“A/C holders”) at the time of purchase.
2. Eligible purchases may be made in-store only.

3. How to Enter

1. To enter, purchase either a Goodnature A24 Smart Trap Kit or a Goodnature Mouse Trap during the promotion period using your Farm Source account.
2. Each eligible purchase constitutes one entry into the draw.
3. A maximum of one entry per A/C holder.
4. Any purchase subsequently returned, refunded, or reversed will void the associated entry.

4. Prizes

1. This is a nationwide promotion exclusive to Farm Source.
2. Two (2) prizes will be awarded per region: one (1) Goodnature A24 Smart Trap Kit and one (1) Goodnature Mouse Trap.
3. Each winner will receive one (1) unit of the same product they purchased (i.e., a winner who purchased an A24 Smart Trap Kit will win an A24 Smart Trap Kit).

5. The Draw

1. The draw will take place within 14 days of the close of the promotion period.
2. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter Gallagher Group the using an electronic randomised selection method.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming

1. Winners will be notified by their local store within five business days of the draw using the contact details associated with their Farm Source account.
2. Prizes will be made available for collection at the winner's nearest Farm Source store.

7. General Conditions

1. By entering this promotion, entrants accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
