These terms and conditions relate to the promotion offering a free gift with the purchase of a Gallagher MBS6500i or Gallagher MBS2800i Multi Powered Fence Energizer from participating Farm Source stores during the Promotional Period (“Promotion”). Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of, and entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of, these terms and conditions.

1. Promotions: During the Promotional Period, the Promotor is offering a free gift with the purchase of the following qualifying products, subject to these terms and conditions:

a) Purchase one Gallagher MBS6500i Multi Powered Fence Energizer [SKU 266118] (“Qualifying Product”) and receive one Gallagher i-Series Fence Monitor and Remote Kit [SKU 263457] (“Free Gift”); or

b) Purchase one Gallagher MBS2800i Multi Powered Fence Energizer [SKU 251673] (“Qualifying Product”) and receive one Gallagher Remote for Energizer I Series [SKU 246262] (“Free Gift”).

Only one Free Gift is available per eligible purchase, while stocks last.

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is available for all farm source customers using a Farm Source account (“Farm Source Customer”). The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion where the Promotor believes that the person:

a) is not eligible under these terms and conditions;

b) has engaged in, or attempted to engage in, conduct that is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise improper; or

c) has breached, or attempted to breach, these terms and conditions.

3. Promoter: RD1 Limited (trading as Farm Source)(NZCN 113533), 17 Home Straight, Te Rapa, Hamilton (“Promoter”).

4. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences on 1st April 2026 8am NZST and ends on 31st May 2026 5pm NZST or while stocks of the Free Gift/s last (whichever occurs first) (“Promotional Period”).

5. How to participate:

a. To take part in the Promotion, the eligible customer must, during the Promotional Period, purchase a Qualifying Product in a single transaction under the customer’s Farm Source account at a participating Farm Source store.

b. In-store only: The Free Gift is only available with in-store purchases. The Promotion does not apply to online purchases, click and collect, direct sales orders or phone/email orders unless expressly stated by the Promoter.

c. How the Free Gift is applied: The Free Gift will be issued at the point of sale by Farm Source staff at checkout, subject to availability.

d. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility and may refuse to provide the Free Gift if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

6. Limits:

a. The Free Gift is limited to 1 Free Gift per Qualifying Product per Farm Source account during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a customer who purchases both a Qualifying Product under clause 1(a) and a Qualifying Product under clause 1(b) in separate transactions is entitled to receive the corresponding Free Gift for each qualifying purchase.

b. Where multiple units of the same Qualifying Product are purchased in one or more transactions, Free Gifts will be issued up to the stated limit only (e.g., if the limit is 1 per Qualifying Product per account, purchasing 10 units of the same Qualifying Product does not entitle the customer to 10 Free Gifts).

c. The Promoter may, acting reasonably, refuse to issue Free Gifts where it suspects activity intended to circumvent these limits (including multiple transactions, accounts or other methods).

7. Free Gift value disclosure:

*Free gift only available with an eligible in-store purchase of a qualifying product and only while stocks last. Limit one per Farm Source account. Additional terms and conditions apply. The standard retail price at the time of promotion for free gifts is as follows:

a) SKU 246262 - Gallagher Remote for Energizer i Series is $382.99; and

b) SKU 263457 - Gallagher i-Series Fence Monitor and Remote Kit is $558.99.

The stated values are provided for information purposes only and do not represent a cash value or an entitlement to any discount or refund.

8. Availability / while stocks last:

a. The Free Gift is subject to availability and offered strictly while stocks last.

b. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure there is sufficient stock for the advertised Promotional Period; however, the Promotion may end early if Free Gift stock is depleted.

9. Exclusions / cannot be used with other offers: Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, coupon/voucher, bundle offer, special pricing, negotiated pricing, contract pricing, trade pricing, staff pricing, or any other promotional offer. The Promoter may determine, at its sole discretion, whether a transaction is eligible where multiple offers could apply.

10. Returns, refunds and exchanges:

a. If the Qualifying Product is returned, refunded, cancelled or exchanged (in whole or in part), the Free Gift must also be returned (unused and in original packaging where applicable), unless required otherwise by law.

b. If the Free Gift is not returned, the Promoter may deduct the standard retail price of the Free Gift from any refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.

c. If a return reduces the qualifying purchase so that the customer would not have been entitled to the Free Gift, clauses 10(a) and 10(b) apply.

11. Non-transferable: The Free Gift (and any entitlement to it) is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or store credit (in whole or in part), unless required by law.

12. Pricing: Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (unless stated otherwise) and are subject to change.

13. Acceptance: Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. Changes: The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, subject to applicable laws (including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993).

15. Systems / technical issues: The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any website, telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion, or any combination thereof.

16. Errors: The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of transactions.

17. Force majeure / disruption: If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion.

18. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained by any person in connection with the Promotion.

19. Privacy: Any Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion and verifying eligibility. Personal information may be shared with the Promoter’s service providers and related companies for these purposes.
