FARM SOURCE REWARDS CARD
The Rewards Card works like a credit or EFTPOS card. When you make purchases from any participating retailer, simply swipe your card, press 'Credit' as the tender type and enter your 4 digit PIN.
You'll be provided with a confirmation and receipt and your purchase will appear on your next Farm Source statement. Please remember to retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
If you already have a Farm Source account and just want to apply for a Rewards Card only or would like to request an additional card then complete the online card application form.
If you don’t have a Farm Source account, you can apply for an account and a Rewards Card at the same time through the online account application form.
A new Rewards Card needs to be activated to protect your security and privacy. Once received the named card holder should call 0800 731 266 to confirm their identity before the card can be used.
If the person calling is not listed as a current contact person, our Customer Service Team can request confirmation from the account holder.
Within 24 hours of activation your Rewards Card will be ready for use. Please ensure you activate your card as soon as possible and destroy any old Rewards Card - that will be deactivated within 24 hours.
When you use your new Rewards Card to purchase goods for the first time you will need to set a 4 digit PIN for security. This needs to be done at the eftpos terminal of any acceptor site, simply select credit and enter the PIN that you would like to use.
If you'd like to reset your PIN at any time please call 0800 731 266. Alternatively Farm Source store staff can contact our Customer Service Team on your behalf to help you reset your PIN.
If you already have a Supercard in your wallet you will automatically be able to earn Farm Source Reward Dollars while making discounted purchases at a range of fuel outlets and over 2,000 retailers around the country.
You will be reissued a Rewards card once your Supercard expires.
If you don't have a card, you can simply sign up for a Farm Source Rewards card online.
Purchases made at your Farm Source store are charged to your Farm Source account which appears on the back of your card.
At present there is no annual fee for a Rewards Card.
No transaction fees apply when you use your Rewards Card.

Your card comes with a 3 year life span. If during these 3 years the card stops working it will be replaced at no cost.

As soon as you notice an incorrect charge please call 0800 731 266 to advise the team and we will investigate further.
If any goods are faulty or require repairs, please return them to the retailer that you purchased them from with your receipt of purchase.

No - if you are using your Rewards Card you cannot redeem your supermarket voucher or any other loyalty scheme offer.
FARM SOURCE REDEMPTION
Your Farm Source Reward Dollar balance is displayed on your Dashboard when you are logged into the Farm Source site. It is also displayed on the My Co-op app.
There's over 5,000 rewards to choose from in the online Rewards Shop, visit redemption.nzfarmsource.co.nz. Or if you have something else in mind, simply call 0800 731 266 to let us know and we'll do everything we can to get it for you - we call it Dream Rewards. From home improvements to a honeymoon, orthodontics to outdoor adventures, a boat, a birthday present, an engagement ring or an evening out. You can also spend your Farm Source Rewards Dollars at your local Farm Source Store. You earned it, so it's up to you.
All Dream Rewards will incur a Dream Rewards Processing Fee of 5% of the value of Farm Source Reward Dollars redeemed (this fee is capped at $500). There is no fee on any cash top up portion of the redemption.
We've kept it very simple - every Farm Source Reward Dollar you earn is equal to one Kiwi dollar.
Farm Source Reward Dollars expire three years after their earn date.
Depending on what you would like to redeem, the following minimums apply:

If you don't have enough Reward Dollars for a particular reward you can use Cash Top Up to get your reward even faster. Simply add the reward you're after to your cart and you'll be prompted to top up at the checkout. Alternatively you can call our Customer Care Team on 0800 731 266 for assistance.
ou can also make part payments with F$ when redeeming through Dream Rewards. When the transaction is complete we'll send you an invoice for the remainder.
Your rewards should arrive within 10 - 15 working days. Some larger items may not be able to be delivered to rural addresses or may take additional time to arrive. Please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 731 266 to organise an alternative address for your reward to be delivered if required.
For merchandise, this varies depending on the product weight and/or size, but this cost is built into the cost of the product as displayed in the online store.
For gift cards, there is a $7 courier fee (including GST).
Some larger items may incur an additional fee for rural delivery. You will be notified when you try to add the reward to your cart. Please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 731 266 to find out more.
Please let us know as soon as possible and we will follow up with the supplier. Rewards are considered to be delivered if you have not notified us within 30 days from the date of redemption.
After this time we cannot honour the replacement of the reward or reissue Farm Source Rewards Dollars.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards after they have been issued or sent to you.
If a reward cannot be delivered to a rural address, we may be able to organise in-store pick up. Please call us to check if this is applicable to your order.
Yes, we can organise for your reward to be delivered to an alternate address in New Zealand. If you are ordering online, please update the address in the delivery section of your order or call our Customer Care Team on 0800 731 266 if you need assistance.
Once an order has been issued it cannot be returned or exchanged for other products if you change your mind.
Rewards can only be returned or exchanged where the reward is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect reward is delivered. You will need to notify us of the defective, damaged or incorrect reward within 7 days of delivery.
Returns may not be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the reward.
A defective, damaged or incorrect reward will be replaced or exchanged for another reward of the same value.
