The Rewards Card works like a credit or EFTPOS card. When you make purchases from any participating retailer, simply swipe your card, press 'Credit' as the tender type and enter your 4 digit PIN.
You'll be provided with a confirmation and receipt and your purchase will appear on your next Farm Source statement. Please remember to retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
If you already have a Farm Source account and just want to apply for a Rewards Card only or would like to request an additional card then complete the online card application form.
If you don’t have a Farm Source account, you can apply for an account and a Rewards Card at the same time through the online account application form.
A new Rewards Card needs to be activated to protect your security and privacy. Once received the named card holder should call 0800 731 266 to confirm their identity before the card can be used.
If the person calling is not listed as a current contact person, our Customer Service Team can request confirmation from the account holder.
Within 24 hours of activation your Rewards Card will be ready for use. Please ensure you activate your card as soon as possible and destroy any old Rewards Card - that will be deactivated within 24 hours.
When you use your new Rewards Card to purchase goods for the first time you will need to set a 4 digit PIN for security. This needs to be done at the eftpos terminal of any acceptor site, simply select credit and enter the PIN that you would like to use.

If you already have a Supercard in your wallet you will automatically be able to earn Farm Source Reward Dollars while making discounted purchases at a range of fuel outlets and over 2,000 retailers around the country.
You will be reissued a Rewards card once your Supercard expires.
If you don't have a card, you can simply sign up for a Farm Source Rewards card online.
Purchases made at your Farm Source store are charged to your Farm Source account which appears on the back of your card.
At present there is no annual fee for a Rewards Card.

You can also spend your Farm Source Rewards Dollars at your local Farm Source Store. You earned it, so it's up to you.
All Dream Rewards will incur a Dream Rewards Processing Fee of 5% of the value of Farm Source Reward Dollars redeemed (this fee is capped at $500). There is no fee on any cash top up portion of the redemption.
We've kept it very simple - every Farm Source Reward Dollar you earn is equal to one Kiwi dollar.
Farm Source Reward Dollars expire three years after their earn date.

For merchandise, this varies depending on the product weight and/or size, but this cost is built into the cost of the product as displayed in the online store.

Yes, we can organise for your reward to be delivered to an alternate address in New Zealand. If you are ordering online, please update the address in the delivery section of your order or call our Customer Care Team on 0800 731 266 if you need assistance.
Once an order has been issued it cannot be returned or exchanged for other products if you change your mind.
Rewards can only be returned or exchanged where the reward is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect reward is delivered. You will need to notify us of the defective, damaged or incorrect reward within 7 days of delivery.
Returns may not be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the reward.
