Activate your card

Follow the instructions below to activate your new card.

  1. Check the name on your card is correct.
  2. Sign your name in the panel on the back of the card.
  3. Click here to activate your card through our store website.
  4. When you use your card for the first time, select CREDIT. The EFTPOS terminal will prompt you to enter a 4-digit PIN. The PIN set process needs to be completed at a participating merchant terminal, but not at a Farm Source Store or pay at pump facility.

If you're experiencing issues activating the card online or would prefer to speak to someone, the named card holder can call the Farm Source Account Support team on 0800 731 266 (7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday) to confirm their identity before the card can be used.

Within 24 hours of activation your card will be ready for use. Please ensure you activate your card as soon as possible and destroy your old card.

How the card works

Just swipe your card at a participating merchant to receive your exclusive Farm Source discount. All purchases made using your card are charged to your Farm Source account – so you’ll have the convenience of one monthly bill.
