You can keep track of your credit limit and available credit by logging into your Farm Source Account page. Your card limit is listed under your name and you can track your spending via your statement.
Your Farm Source Statement is a financial record of all transactions charged to your Farm Source account. It also shows what is due to be paid this month to Farm Source.
Log in any time to your Farm Source Account and navigate to Statements for a summary of your spending. You can choose the account and month you’d like to view. From here, you’ll see a summary on screen, or you can choose to download or print your statement.
Your statement is automatically sent to you at the end of each billing cycle. You’ll receive it either to your chosen email address or by post.
Log in to your Farm Source Account and navigate to Statement Options. Here you can choose to receive a hard copy statement or to receive your statement via email.
If you choose to receive your statement via email, you can nominate up to two email addresses to receive a statement.
Your Statement is made up of 6 documents:
Cash sales that are paid in full will no longer appear as a Store Purchase and a Payment Received.
They are also not included in the totals on the Your Summary document.
As soon as you notice an incorrect charge, please call 0800 731 266 to advise the team and we will investigate further.
Cash sales are excluded from Your Tax Invoice and the Store Purchase Summary table as it is a summary of the transactions shown under the Store Purchases heading.
However, on the Web Statement, Cash sales continue to be shown under Store Purchases and Payment received headings. As a result, Cash sales will be included in the Store Purchase Summary table. The Web Statement is not a Tax Invoice so we do not need to exclude the Cash sales.
Some Suppliers (e.g. Ballance) provide Supplier terms for purchases (i.e. delayed payment). While these extended payment terms are reflected in Your Finance Summary, we are unable to show the Finance terms as these have not been provided by Farm Source.
If applicable, finance Interest will show in the 'Prior Months now due for payment' when a financed payment is due for payment.
If your account is not paid on time there will be an overdue interest charge which will show Your Other Payments & Charges, as it does now in the Interest on Overdue Balance.
The interest rate for overdue balances is shown on Your Statement above the Payment Advice.
If you are a Fonterra supplier, your balance will be debited from your milk cheque.
If you are another type of customer, you will be direct debited on the 20th of each month. You can check the amount due by logging into Statements.
The Farm source bank account and reference you should use for payments is at the bottom of the Your Statement document.
If you pay by direct debit, payments must be received and cleared before the 18th of the month to ensure Farm Source does not deduct the outstanding amount from your account.
You must opt-in at time of purchase when shopping in-store. Your deferred payment will appear on your statement under 'Future Payments'.
