EMPLOYER - SITE FEATURES
Simply click ‘Register’ at the top right of the screen and select ‘Employer’. You can use your Farm Source account for quicker access - no need to remember another password.
Choose your account type: register as an Employer to post jobs for your farm, or as a Recruiter for multiple farms.
Posting a job is quick and easy.
Head to 'Post a Job' and enter the details for the job.
Once you’re done, click 'Publish,' and your job will be live and visible to potential applicants immediately.
Attract the best talent by building a compelling farm profile. Go to 'Farm / Business Profile' under ‘My Account’.
You can include a link to your website and even photos or videos showcasing your farm, linking all your active job listings to this page for easy access by applicants.
Need help managing your job postings? Invite your team members by going to 'Farm / Business Users' in your ‘Farm / Business Settings’.
Add new users, and they’ll get their own logins, allowing them to view and post jobs, streamlining your recruitment process across the board.
Finding the perfect candidate is a breeze. Head to ‘CV Search’ to enter specific keywords related to skills or experience required.
Our system scans all the candidate profiles and CVs to match your criteria, presenting you with the best fits. Then click on any profile to see more details and take action.
Stay on top of your hiring process with our Applicant Tracking system.
Use the ‘drag’ feature to move applications through different stages - like ‘Shortlist,’ ‘Interview,’ and ‘Offer.’ Click on each application to view candidate details, contact them, or add notes to keep everything organised.

Upload your CV, and let our smart CV parsing tool automatically extract key details like work history and skills.
Review, confirm, and save - it’s that simple.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find your perfect job. You can also type in keywords, set your location, and refine by job type or role to find the perfect fit for your skills.
Found the perfect role? Click Apply Now, select your CV, write a cover letter, and submit.
You’ll get an on-screen confirmation, and the employer will receive your application right away.
Set up Job Alerts and get notified when jobs matching your criteria are posted.
Just sign up from the home page or after a job search, and you’ll get alerts sent directly to your inbox.
Found an interesting job but want to apply later? No problem!
Click the ribbon icon to save it, and view your saved jobs anytime from your account under the Saved Jobs tab.
