Updated My Co-op App

Just like your tractor engine may one day need a rebuild, the My Co-op app is ready for an upgrade.

We have been working our way through a progamme of updating our Farmer apps and digital tools.

The priority has been to replace the aging platform that operates the existing apps because it is nearing its end of life has been causing problems for farmers. It will be the same app, but with updated layout to adapt to changing technology.

What’s changing?

  • It’s the same app you know, with minor changes to the existing features.
  • It’s now easier to find and register, for events in your area.
  • It’s now easier to access all of your local Farm Source contacts. Your Co-operative Services Area Manager is your key point of contact. But you can now easily find the contact details of your full support team, and click-to-call them direct from the app.

What do I need to do?

  • Ensure all users of the app for your farm have auto-updates switchd on for their devices.
  • Follow any screen promptss and login to your updated app when it goes live next week.
