1. Promotions: Fonterra Farm Source is offering Members thirty Bonus Farm Source Reward Dollars (“Promotional Eligible Spend Dollars”) for every $500 spent (“Purchase Quantity”) on selected cropping seed products (“Promotional Products”) purchased during the Promotional Period (“Promotion”).

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is available for Fonterra and MyMilk Suppliers who are members of the Farm Source Rewards Scheme and who have a Farm Source account (“Members”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies and any other companies associated with the Offer are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.

3. Promoter: RD1 Limited (trading as Farm Source), 17 Home Straight, Te Rapa, Hamilton (“Promoter”).

4. Promotional Period: The Offer commences on 1st September 2025 at 9:00am and ends on 30 November 2025 at 5:00pm (“Promotional Period”) or while stocks last.

5. How to enter:

a. To take part in the Offer, the Member must, during the Promotional Period and under the Member’s Farm Source account, spend the Purchase Amount or more on any of the qualifying products listed in Schedule One (“Promotional Products”).

b. The Purchase Amount is cumulative and may be accrued in multiple transactions by a single Member during the Promotional Period.

c. Each multiple of NZD$500.00 (including GST) will earn the Promotional Eligible Spend Dollars.

d. Offer applies to through store and direct sales order transactions at Farm Source stores (RD1 Limited trading as Farm Source) and online through the Farm Source website (www.nzfarmsource.co.nz) when sales are processed on an active Fonterra Farm Source Account.

6. Offer or any Promotional Eligible Spend Dollars are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Prices of the Promotional Products include GST and are subject to change.

8. Any services charges incurred from the supply of the Promotional Products, such as freight, packaging, storage charges, handling, levies, labour, workshop parts and any other third-party charges, will not contribute to the calculation of the Purchase Amount for the purposes of this promotion.

9. The Promotional Eligible Spend Dollar amount will be credited to the Member’s applicable Farm Source Rewards Account at the end of the Promotional Period.

14. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions apply without prior notice.

16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any web site, telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof.

17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.

18. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion.

19. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected, late or illegible entries or any entries that for whatever reason, are not received by the Promoter or are incomplete.

20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever by or to any person in connection with the Promotion.
