HOW YOU CAN SAVE TIME

How we’ve reduced the admin burden so far

  • We’ve collaborated with your farm partners on data connections that allow information to flow from partner apps and the Dairy Diary app to Fonterra. Farmers can now pre-populate up to 70% of their annual Farm Dairy Records with the right combination of partners.
  • Current farm partners include Ballance’s MyBallance, CRV, Dairy Diary app, FarmIQ, LIC’s MINDA, Ravensdown’s Hawkeye and Trev.
  • Monthly records you keep in your Dairy Diary app will pre-populate in your Farm Dairy Records (and in your assessment checklist) – so you don’t have to manually enter information twice.
  • All feed purchases of Agrifeed made through Farm Source will automatically prepopulate into your annual records.

  • The Dairy Diary app has evolved so that farmers can now use photo evidence instead of written records. It’s also now easier to log multiple animal drug treatments in one go, as well as accessing past and present records in one place.

  • We’ve created a team of Farmer Support and Relationship Advisors to help you navigate tools and compliance – they’re available over the phone or every now and again in Farm Source stores.
